BREAKING: Marbury Loses Father

Word is in that Stephon Marbury's father, Don, died this evening during the Knicks' game against Phoenix.

There isn't much information yet, accept that Stephon left the team shortly after the game. P&T's thoughts are with the Marbury family, who have had a tough couple of months. Thanks to HoyaKnicksFan for the tip.

Mr. Marbury. Poor guy can't catch a break to save his life.

very sad
many people (inc. myself) have been really hard on marbury.  i feel terrible for him today.  events on the basketball court certainly differ from the tragedies off of it.  i hope he can get through this tough time.
Ewing with the step...YES! and the foul!
