Around SBN: New York Giants Super Bowl XLVI Ring Unveiled

Steph's blogging again!

Let me see if I can explain this.

Marc Berman, NY Post rebel and blogger extraordinaire, said before Friday's Knicks-Wolves matchup that if New York lost to Minnesota, he would not blog until the New Year. Internet consumers everywhere lost sleep when the Knicks did, indeed, fall apart against the T-Wolves and we were denied our daily dose of bald-headed vitriol. But have no fear, he's got an able sub:

I really enjoyed writing this Knicks blog for Berman before and I have a little extra time on my hands now, so I wanted to share my thoughts with you about everything that's been going on.

I once heard it said that experience is not what happens to a man, experience is what a man does with what happens to him. That's real science, so I'll drop that one again. Experience is not what happens to a man, experience is what a man does with what happens to him.

Yes. Click the link and keep reading. (Tip of the hat to Can't Stop the Bleeding. Nice catch.)

like a sweet summer breeze

I didn’t realize how much I missed his words of wisdom until I saw them again. Also, these comments are amazing. Apparently there is a longstanding ny post knicks messageboard war I never knew about.

Berman

loooooves Steph. he even went as far as to call him a “shrewd businessman” for buying his own ticket to the Lakers game (and i didn’t detect any sarcasm).

have you noticed the barbs flying between Berman (Post) and Isola (Daily News)? most of them are because Berman has a man-crush on Marbury and Isola hates Steph to the point of obsession.

Ewing with the step...YES! and the foul!

What a total crock

If he really wanted to play, he could be playing somewhere. He would have accepted a buyout and another team would have made up the difference.

He is perfectly happy to take the money for doing nothing.
