Game Thread: Knicks at Hornets- 1/12/09

Divac_medium

The Knicks stop by New Orleans Arena tonight to face the Hornets. Given their recent spotty play, there's no doubt in my mind that the Knicks will win tonight just to mess with our heads.* Here's your spot for in-game comments, and remember to check out At The Hive for all things...Hornety?

*Do not bet on this.

an aesthetic lowlight

in an otherwise decent quarter. gotta step up that interior d somehow (grow?), but otherwise things looked solid. du’s leading well.

skeptically optimistic

they look pretty good defensively, especially on d west. but harrington can’t buy a foul call, and you know these jumpers aren’t going to fall in the 4th quarter. they should start giving away maalox at knicks games.

looking like a good call

although you never know. i worry that this game will go the way of many knick losses: the hornets have the necessary stars to hit big baskets in crunchtime. the knicks most certainly do not.

1. that is the craziest story ive heard. I doubt even barnesgasm in all his comedic creativity could come up with something like that.

2. say it happens to be true…could we terminate his contract

Nice win

Nice win tonight, the Knicks have fight in them. And they have been competitive lately. But, they are one man short and it always shows in their close losses. But tonight should give them a boost in the right directio
