Knicks Sign Warren Carter
Remember Warren Carter? He was that guy in Summer League who looked like Dominique Wilkins with dreads. He played pretty nicely in Vegas, grabbing boards and generally hustling on both ends. He's an Illinois alum whose balled in Spain and is trying to crack an NBA roster this year. Ring a bell? Well, the Knicks signed Carter today, meaning he'll join the club up here in Saratoga with an unguaranteed deal. He's a longshot for a crowded frontcourt, but you never know....
Meanwhile, according to Alan Hahn, Morris Almond is still without an invite. Curious.
Update: Gabe Pruitt too.

what's the roster limit?
they can still invite mo nuts, right? as for carter, i like the move as i sit here wearing my u of i sweatshirt, but i would really like to see rod benson in the nba.
No limit on camp invites, right?
They can invite as many guys as they want to camp, I think. They just can’t sign more than 15 guys. Still, I am getting nervous about Mo Nuts. What could be making Donnie and Mike hesitant about this guy. He would instantly become our next purest shooter after Gallo. Hard to figure…
