So at 10 wins and 9 losses, after a six game losing streak where all heads were down, after winning 7 out of our last 8 (albeit against weaker opponents) with a rookie playing like a solid if not above average veteran, with our starters playing too many minutes because our front line and back up guard positions are a little shaky and thin, with gallo showing flashes but not enough consistency... 

Do we make changes and go for a big name (melo or iggy)?

Do we lock up Raymond and risk cap space now that we've seen what this leader can do?

Do we stand down and let the year play out?
