Wilson Chandler out with groin injury
It's keeping him out of tonight's game with the Celtics and could shut him down for the year. You can see him rubbing on his groin when he dunked on Jared Jeffries in January. I thought nothing of it at the time but it's more serious than I assumed.

it's funny that wilson of all people,
who might post more pauses per tweet (PPW) than even nate robinson, would have an injury so close to his junk.
that is awful news
chandler at this point in time is our best all-around player. plus his off the court antics are hilarious, like that time he fell asleep on the bus and no one woke him up until halftime, or the time he didn’t sing happy birthday for toney, and last year when he wasn’t traded to washington to move up in the draft. Man wilson, you so crazy!
Seriously though, he will be missed if shutdown. What a tragedy it would be if he’s played his last game as a knick and we didnt even know it.
On a lighter note, this will open some minutes for a prolonged bill walker audition, but even so, Ill Will is the man.
What are the chances?
It would be gut-wrenching to lose Chandler now. He’s gone from expendable to untouchable in my book. But you never know when that ever-important cap space is a possibility.

Toney does what the douglas do. And no one can do what he does b/c doing it without being Toney Douglas just doesnt make it do what it do
is the consensus
that this probably isn’t anything serious and it’s just a precautionary shutdown since there’s nothing left to play for anyway?
That can be treacherous
if you’re not actually TD. Though I think Wilson can handle DWTDD for short periods of time.
Maybe there's something
that Toney Douglas Can Do about this.
