I'm over the Ellis idea

I’d rather not.

Keep Lee and pair him with STAT instead

KEEP LEE!!!

AGREED!!!!

I’ve seen Monta tons of times, having to watch the most pathetic franchise in the league right now, the warriors. Don’t forget Monta injured himself over the off season riding motorcycles, or mo-peds, one or the other, even though his contract states not to.

He’s hot-headed, and clashed with Stephon Curry. Monta’s the exact type of player that doesn’t bring the winning attitude into the locker room. He didn’t get along with Baron Davis at first. His attitude is the type of tumor that affects the whole locker room. We just got rid of Marbury, why would we duplicate that situation.

I believe Lee is the best type of back-up for Stat if we decide to keep him. Lee grabs boards consistantly. And if we do decide to trade him, lets get somebody worth it. Like the Celtics thinking about giving Ray up for BOARDS. DAVID LEE FITS THAT STYLE, and RAY ALLEN WOULD FIT PERFECTLY INTO D’ANTONI STYLE OF GAME??

If we do get Monta, I’ll be the first to help root him on so that he helps the Knicks instead of hurt them.

The most pathetic team the Warriors? No dude! They are exciting to watch!

Pathetic? Maybe the Twolves or even the Knicks, but not the Warriors.

YES!!!

They might be exiciting to watch, but they are too good to get a decent lottery pick when they’re bad, and they wont be good enought o make the playoffs again.

They’re trying to sell the team, and the organization is trying to dump money but still appear appealing to the new owner… that’s pathetic….

They ran their best talented players out of town…. and they’ve accumilated some good talent since drafting joe smith number one overall….

They are the worst management, ownership, and overall organization in the league!!!!

Maybe the Warriors aren't the "most pathetic"

but how are you gonna say the Knicks are, but the Warriors aren’t? Your Warriors have been worse then the Knicks the past couple years.

Pretty pathetic that you don’t realize it, actually.

KEEP LEE!!!

The Knicks stripped their team over 2 years to land Lebron. Now its clear

the closest he is gonna come to NY is the Nets. True Golden State is for sale and will soon be owned by the 6th richest man int he world. Ellison will make the Russian dude look like a poor man. So the Warriors are on the verge of being very relevant owned by the richest man in all fo sports! The knicks? Not so good. What is their plan moving forward? building around Amare? Yikes!

Set a record by getting banned for the 8th time!

basically none of that.

should made a rough draft…maybe next time?

KEEP LEE!!!

and you're barking up the wrong tree with the rich owner bullshit.

Dolan may be an idiot, but he can match you’re little Ellison as far as pockets go. Salary cap anyway bub…everyone’s dick is only so big with that thing in place.

The Warriors are as pathetic a team in the NBA. The Nets got their rich owner, but the guy hasn’t done anything yet and people think he’s Mark Cuban…

KEEP LEE!!!

Where are you getting your information? How is he hot-headed? He clashed with Don Nelson at one point last season but it was nothing. Water under the bridge.

He never clashed with Stephen Curry. There are many opinions whether he likes to play with Curry or not, but they never had a direct conflict.

He got along fine with Baron Davis. What the hell? He was a 2nd round rookie when he was on the Warriors and Baron Davis took him under his wing. Monta Ellis was the most humble and innocent kid from Mississippi when he first came into the league.

Maybe you should watch this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pRkNOU00rgY

Doesn’t seem like a bad guy, right? Because he isn’t.

Maybe you should watch this too where he locked down Brand Roy: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cnp5KW8ad5g

Monta’s defense isn’t great or even good, but he has his moments.

The Warriors are pathetic.

-Signed, pathetic Warriors fan.

Monta Ellis isn’t as bad as you guys are making him out to be.

See here: http://sportstwo.com/threads/163619-Monta-Ellis-Scouting-Report

Go on YT and watch some highlights. He’s better than Al Harrington on any level. He didn’t clash with Stephen Curry. That’s bad information. He commented that he and Curry couldn’t play together when asked what he thought about the Warriors drafting him. He made the comment based on management telling him he would be the PG. As I mentioned in that thread, last season was the first time he was put in various situations, some of it self-inflicted.

Monta is a good guy, perhaps misguided (Stephen Jackson was his best friend on the W’s afterall). He’s like a little version of Amare Stoudamire. Super athletic, can’t do it all by himself.

I feel you on Monta

its another move I wouldn’t be for, or against. Peronally I’d rather go with David Lee and have a team that has 2 of the most ideal P&R big men suited for Pringles offense.

If say….Carmelo, re-signs in Denver, basically ruling out adding him next year, then maybe I’d say go head and trade someone like Wilson Chandler and Eddy Curry’s expiring for Monta Ellis.

But not David Lee.

KEEP LEE!!!
