Did the Knicks have a second meeting with Lebron yesterday? [UPDATED]

According to Frank Isola's Twitter page, a few Knicks execs headed back to Cleveland yesterday in the wake of a potential Amare signing:

He twatted the following:

"According to Knicks official, MSG prez Scott O'Neil and Glen Grunwald, VP of basketball ops, were sent to Ohio after Amar'e agreed to deal."

Obviously the whole Amare situation increases our chances of obtaining Wade or LBJ somewhat, but this is an interesting development that I haven't heard anywhere else. Does anyone know any more about this? Like, did the Knicks just do this preemptively or were they specifically invited to do so?

Hope everyone's enjoying the fourth. Kobayashi is crazy.

UPDATE: Apparently, as you can read in the comments below, Lebron's manager Maverick Carter will fly out to NYC on Wednesday (possibly with his client/friend in tow, though that would be an odd decision if he did) to discuss things further. If all of this pans out, can you imagine the dunks the Knicks will throw down next year? Amare, LBJ, Bill Walker, Chandler??? Shit would be like NBA Street Vol. 2 with Dawkins, Dr. J and Connie Hawkins as your 3.
