Wade and Bosh to Chicago-Best possible scenario?

Both of those who shall not be named want to play with Bosh, or Amare.

I’ve read that HWSNBN is trying to get Cleveland to S&T for Bosh from Toronto, so that’s something to look for.

Of course, HWSNBN2 would have Boozer and David Lee as a choice to join him in Chicago or Miami..both of which wouldn’t require a S&T, both most likely could accept the remaining cap room Chicago has and of course Miami has the room anyway.

But like anything the Knicks have done the past few years, what they’ve done is increase their chances. Whether or not anyone likes Amare, getting him on board (tho nothing is officially official, officially…..do don’t count out a Benedict type deal).

I ain’t sure if both of those who shall not be named want to play with Boozer or Lee tho…I’d think the Knicks would’ve signed either already if that was the case.

With the latest news that the Cavs and Raptors are discussing a sign-and-trade for Bosh, Bosh joining Wade would definitely be best from a Knicks perspective. As you said, if both go to Chicago, that pretty much takes Chicago and Miami out of the sweepstakes (or vica-versa) and Cavs failing to acquire Bosh might be signal the end for James in Cleveland.

The way i see it, the signing of amare in NY (and to a lesser extent Johnson back to atlanta) simplifies the FA scenario immensely. There are many fewer real possibilities left for the rest of the big names.

If Wade and Bosh go to Miami, LBJ cannot stay in Cleveland and reasonably expect to win a ring anytime soon. Ditto times 10 if wade and bosh play together in Chicago. One of these is looking like the most likely scenario, and if it goes down, LBJ is NY bound.

If Toronto magically works out a sign and trade with cleveland involving bosh, then wade cannot reasonably stay in Miami. He is either Chicago or NY bound.

Personally, I’d prefer Wade over Lebron. We’ll see who has the stones to go first, which is another thing I like about Amare’s move.

id love for bosh and wade to go to chicago.. boozer can join johnson in atlanta and maybe dlee to wolves.. idk

but like u said if bosh and wade go to chicago that rules chicago and miami out.. the only teams let would be the knicks and the cavs. lebron would be upset with the cavs from not landing anyone to help him. and amare, gallo, the knicks, and their extra money for next year will seem more and more attractive, thus luring lebron to the knicks :)

Lebron knows where he wants to go. All these visits and presentations aren’t swaying him in the least bit. His top two teams are Cleveland and… A team we don’t know. If that team is Chicago and Wade and Bosh go there, I think he’s gonna be dub and stay at home. Our best case scenario is this. Bosh S&T to Houston, Wade to Bulls and MAYBE Boozer re signs. I dont think Boozer going to the Heat lures Lebron there because Boozer isnt that great of a player. Plus Lebron played with Boozer on the Cavs before. Then he would be forced to come to us and play with Amar’e or stay in Cleveland, ensemble a new team (Talk is barbosa might be going there) and lose again. Plus Shaq is a goner, The Cavs are done either way.

between Bosh and Wade. I think they’ve bonded on both feeling like LeBron gets too much attention.

and Bosh and Boozer are left to the wolves…maybe both to the Timberwolves because apparently they don’t care about acquiring players for positions they already have filled. If only they had the money to acquire all the PFs in the league…they would dominate the boards.
