Ronny Turiaf is now blogging for Newsday.

It was only a matter of time before Ronny Turiaf got to blogging. That time has come, babies. It's called "Turiaf's Turf" and, despite the lame-ass title, it's going to be great. I wouldn't expect anything less. Here's a sample from his first post (I assume this is behind a paywall, in which case...it just might be time to pay and/or get your smelly Long Island aunt's login information):

Outside of sampling different restaurants, I’m a huge movie fan. I love to go to the movies as well as watch movies on line. You would probably be surprised to know that I watch at least one movie a day!! Going to movie premieres happens to be one of my all-time favorite things to do. I recently went to the premier of the Disney movie Tron! It was a good movie. I think there were some great special effects, too, but I would say it was an OK see for me. I can’t stress how much I enjoy going to the movies and critiquing movies. I think after playing basketball, I really hope to find a profession in the movie and film industry.

As far as I can remember, this is the first time a Knick has contributed to Newsday since Jamal Crawford did it (and did it well, I thought) a few years back. Keep an eye out for more posts from Ronny.
