Extra Scrimmage Tickets

Renaldo Balkman

So I've got four nosebleed tickets for our New York Knicks' scrimmage on Sunday, December 17th at the Garden. None of my friends are available for the event on such short notice. I'm going just so that I can see superstar Renaldo Balkman do the humpty-hump. That leaves three tickets left. If anyone is interested, e-mail me at rhwnyc-knicks2011@yahoo.com and mention your SB Nation login name. I'll e-mail pdf files of the tickets that can be printed by you.

I hope you had a good time too

I stepped on the court, took photos, got a photo with clyde, got a bunch of knicks legend postcards. I was too late for a poster and 5 seconds too late for a headband.

I enjoyed it

I didn’t see you on the West Balcony. Were you sitting closer to the court?

Yeah when I got in the ushers told me to move down so I was in 300 level

Is the balcony nice? Is it new? I saw the 400 level was empty and the balcony looked pretty full.

It's really nice, but it is also really high up

Only three rows of seats, and each one is separated from the other by a pane of glass. The back row is more like swiveling bat seats (if i remember correctly.) I watched the scrimmage through a pane of glass, as would anyone else in those seats.

There is also far too much in food/drinks available for sale relative to the amount of seats there. I think that the concessions are also meant to serve those in the 400 seats.

It’s worth checking out before a game because the area is so different. If I was buying tickets, it would prefer more traditional seats with a closer line of sight.

Here is a picture from my cell phone:

next ime u have empty seats. and cant sell them

u should do what that guy in the yankees commercial did.
and go around and hand out the tickets to people wearing their knicks gear
(that sounds like a lot of work tho)
still u’ll never find people like new yorkers
