and i'm not saying we do or don't want him... but after last nights loss, i'm thinking more about the qualities our collection of skilled players are missing. yes, melo can score and rebound a little. gallo can drive more effectively than he used to and can hit the trey, and landry is our "glue" guy who does everything well and with consistency. chandler is athletic and can have big games filling up stat sheets and shawne can hit the baseline 3 and d a little. 

but from what i/we've been seeing lately... it's not "skills" that we're missing... it's "quality". 

here's my order of missing "qualities"... feel free to add your own, and examples of the players who possess the  "quality" you think our team needs. 

1) defiance... to losing

2) aggression... driving to the rim... and protecting the rim

3) focus... in every possession

4) relentlessness... on the boards

so what "qualities" do you think we're missing... and who would you want to bring in to bring these qualities to our team?
