Knicks Among Teams Showing Interest in Ramon Sessions
It's Chris Broussard reporting, but it doesn't come as much surprise that the Knicks would be interested in another point guard, not to mention somebody with ties to the D'Antoni bros.

Shoulda got him a few years ago
Last night, a comedian died in New York. Somebody knows why. Somebody knows
Yeah man.
I don’t think there’s a bigger Sessions fan on this site than I.
How the fuck are you not going to pick up a dude who dimed out 24 assists as a rookie?
which is probably why we don't have him

Rondo cant sniff a 3 either..
but in the right setting.. low risk + need for a backup/ why not. whats his $ like?
"they try to do what he do, and been where he's been, but they get folded in two.....he's the dude"
Rondo's court vision might be the best in the NBA tho..

didn't we pass on getting him last summer?
What would Cleveland want in return? I guess poop would fit, but Cleveland would want a work in progress. Maybe they will take Rautins and Walker? That would be a nice swap for both: Cleveland gets a good shooter in Walker and a terrific young (potential) point in Rautins and we get to back up Felton (or Billups, i suppose …)
for a cynic, that is very optimistic
i die for Sessions, i think he’s fantastic and would flourish in our SSOL. but Cleveland needs some meat on their bones. if they indeed are looking at our menu, i don’t think we really have anyone they want. yeah, maybe E, but .. dunno. don’t get me wrong, i love all our guys, but save for Amar’e i don’t think we have any real bait for such a crippled club.
i think Seth is right, probs nothing. but would be pretty sweet to hook Ramon.

"a terrific young (potential) point in Rautins"
Rautins is literally worth nothing as a trade chip.
Made glorious summer by this son of [New] York.

keep in mind
“Interest” is a very small word. Also, everybody likes to toss the Knicks into any rumor to get us all hot and bothered. It’s probably nothing.
so your a knick fan now?
ouch….i think i just pulled a muscle in my neck from shaking my head in disgust too hard.
GTFO.
Yes, I am a Giants fan. Now that we got that out of the way....

I can watch the Knicks.
I can’t watch the other games. It just makes sense. I personally don’t care what you Giants fan thinks. “I LIV IN NYZ ITZ MAH TEM WE GO HAR.” I live in NY too so I have right to root for the Knicks.

They've been interested in Razor Ramon for like 2 offseasons now.
These Ramon Sessions rumors were cool when it was him replacing Duhon But he’s not much of an upgrade over Felton or even Douglas in my opinion.
[btw i’ve just joined this wonderful establishment… this blog has brought me some good chuckles during some games i’d have liked to forgotten]

In the event that he somehow ends up here...
It would be great if he’d throw toothpicks at the opposing team when everyone meets up at center court and during the game, Eddy Curry.

Felton on the move?
This could be a sign that the Knicks are starting to consider moving Felton, I think D’Antoni would rather Chauncey play 2 guard and have a pass first PG run the offense.
Ball Chat - Episode 21 - Say It Ain't Sloan - 2/15/11
Irreverent, informative, entertaining. A welcomed curveball to mainstream watered down NBA analysis.
I definitely think the Knicks end up getting a back up pg
at the deadline regardless of how the whole Melo thing plays out be it Luke Ridnour or Sessions. I just hope it doesn’t mean Toney is shown the door.
Now that Mozgov has played himself back into the rotation and Earl Barron [he’s not the answer but at least he’s a serviceable big man] is waiting somewhere in the shadows the need for a big isn’t as pressing as it was when Amar’e was essentially the only guy playing center out there for a month.

I've always wanted to get Sessions because of the nickname possibilities

Bring in Mark Blount on a vet min contract
and hilarity ensues.

I think Sessions would be a great fit
We need a backup PG that can actually run the offense
i kbow this thread is about Ramon Sessions
but even if we dont get him theres always Blanco Chocolate who i think will do fine as a back up
