3 Questions About the Trade

Print1) What does it say on Sheldon Williams' jersey? She. Williams? Is he S. Williams and Shawne just Williams?
2) Have NBA 2k11 rosters been updated yet? Are the Knicks any better there after this trade? I figure their ranking would be better but maybe they'd be harder to play as without Gallinari's 3 point shooting.
3) Is the Go NY, Go NY, Go video no longer playing at MSG since half the players were traded? What about the video asking you to get louder where a few players try to raise the volume needle?
Are there any other non-basketball questions I'm forgetting?

I don’t think they do that anymore. I think Shawne and Shelden’s jerseys will both just say WILLIAMS.
Last year in Boston, Ray and Tony’s jerseys both just said ALLEN.
It is up to the players. But I do not think
Sheldon Williams would want She. Williams on his back, you know that whole your wife is 100X’s the basketball player you are thing he is living through.

When I think of She-Williams, it makes me think of She-Wolf or She-Ra. It’s a very confusing image to reconcile.

i was at the game last night, so to answer question 3...
They did show the “GO NY GO” video, however it was only STAT, Fields, Turiaf, and Bill Walker. Same thing with the Get Louder stuff. It seems to me that a lot of the video stuff of the ex knicks were cut out and they just repeated the same players for the specific lines. I’m sure after the road trip they will create a video with the new players added into it.

I am sure it will be a more team approach next time they get to the garden. I dont think STAT would be that happy with a full Melo intro every game.
Normally when they film those things with the go ny go and get louder they do so many takes and have the guys say almost every line anyway, so I am sure they have enough footage to fill up the spots. It wont take them that long to fix it and I bet they are recording the stuff very soon if they havnt already.

Those are two of my favorite parts of the game
Especially since it only happens when the Knicks are winning or close.

There was a disturbing amount of Turiaf highlights. I love the guy, but they must have shown every basket he’s gotten all year long.

One thing has been bugging me.
Who is that guy that sits behind the coaching staff that always wears that same University of Virginia jersey #21. Always wearing that jersey. Who and why?

1) yeah I think it’s up to the players, but ever since Rasheed joined Ben in Detroit it’s been acceptable to leave off first initials. unlike football, you can see a player’s head, so there’s not really a need for it. although I always loved the random special teamer with his full first and last name on his jersey, and would like to see that reincorporated in the NBA.

3) I’d assume they already whipped up a bunch of new stuff already or edited old stuff.

I refuse to play as anyone but the Knicks which has been rough for a few years but finally got better this year but Melo, Stat, CB-4 and DWTDD are the shit!
