Should Amar'e work on his back-to-the-basket game or his post defense?

My buddy and I were arguing about what Amar'e should work on this offseason. My buddy says he should work on his back to the basket game because he turns the ball over or chucks too much on his elbow isolations. While I agree he has little or no post up game, I think it would be more important for him to work on his post defense. The main point my buddy is telling me is that Amar'e, so deep into his career, can't get much better on D because defense is more instinct and not something you can improve like a jumpshot. My thing is that I think shot blocking is more of an instinct and teaching him how to have a presence or some defensive principles is possible and can make him a better defender. So what do you guys think?
