Yeah.. Defense win championship

We have been debating this forever, and as a D'Antoni fan, I take huge satisfaction when Dallas won last night.   So, who here says that defense win championship here now?

Dallas play good D, but the reason they won because of their offense.  Heat were in control not because of their D, it simply b/c Dallas couldn't make shot in game 1 and game 2.  As I watch the game, Dallas was very tight in game 1 and game 2.  Until, they complete lost game 2, with 7 minutes to go, they get loose.  When Barea and Terry start knocking down shot, I know that Dallas has a chance.

My point is that Heat have 3 players that's really good offensively, and they can't score?  How did that happen?  I know they don't exactly compliment each other, but that bad offensively?

Again, championship teams need to be good defensively, but need to be GREAT offensively.  Historically, championship teams have been GREAT offensively.  Knicks will be GREAT offensively, so now they need to be GOOD defensively.  Just one big guy that can catch a pass, roll to the basket and block some shot and Knicks will be knocking that championship.
