Sources: Knicks Looking to Add J.R. Smith
But then I realized this could add some pop to the bench, at least if J.R.'s chuckin' got rodeoed. Which is unlikely, but hey, why not.
Thoughts?

man i saw that
but the article its “sourced” from was written on december 1, 2011.
that was before it was painfully obvious that these guys won’t be available til march.
if they want to go after jr. i’m totally down. he’s a knucklehead like fuck, but i’ll be damned if he doesn’t fit in to a free-flowing offensive system that wants to run, pass and be creative.
if he came off the bench, we’d get plenty of scoring. and if he started that would let landry play against second units and probably more as a forward, which i think would benefit his style.

Yeah - I've been vehemently against it but since my thick skin on this one has fallen off
I still say hell no to Kmart.
i don't really like either of them
but they both would add a good dimension to our team.

I think we should worry more about getting a guy like Kenyon Martin…
Considering Baron Davis should be healthy by the time Smith gets back from China, the backcourt need should be eliminated by.then
