people always ragged on him pretty hard, but he just struck me as a truly sad individual. he had some horrible things happen to him in his life. i hope he can put it together, and i hope he finds happiness in basketball.

The only thing keeping me from fully being happy for him despite all the shit he went through during his tenure here was when he threw out this real limp-wristed trade demand if he wasn’t going to get minutes a couple years ago. It blew my mind.
