On Feb 1st, 2014, David Stern will officially turn over the reigns to Adam Silver. We all knew it was going to be Silver, but it's interesting to have an actual date. Seth, I'd like to request a thread where we can discuss the body of Stern's work and predictions for things to come under Silver.
