Good day! I'm headed to the Garden as you read this, but here's a thread for today's matinee between the Knicks and the Pistons. This is one of those lone home visits amid a sea of road games that the Knicks really need to hold their ground in the standings. Detroit in particular is a team the Knicks ought to poop upon, but one can't know what sort of effort to expect after that loss to the Rockets on Friday (and with the Nets up next on the schedule). Detroit's no good at basketball this yaer, but they've recently blown out the Sixers and Celtics. They're not to be ignored. If the Knicks fall into this trap, there will be much despair.
