So, I was watching Sportscenter just now and there was a brief interview with Melo with the always-annoying Stephen A. Smith.
There was one bit that I found interesting though.
When Melo was asked what it would take for him to consider the Knicks' season "successful," he said that anything less than winning the division and appearing in the conference finals would be "unacceptable."
What do y'all think?
Personally, even though I think the Knicks have shown that they can beat Miami, the drop-offs in their shooting and inconsistency on defense (plus Amar'e fitting back in with the lineup) have me a bit worried, so I won't go as far as saying they need to win the Eastern Conference. I do think they should be able to reach the conference finals though.
