The Legend of Jeremy Lin
I can haz photoshop!
I made this because I was doubting Jeremy Lin hard, and in honor of every person of Asiatic origin who has burned me on the court. Please excuse Melo's strangely tall forehead, Mike D'Antoni's missing chin, and any appearance of marginalizing Asian success with a Bruce Lee movie poster - he had an awesome game and I'm celebrating. At one point Jeremy Lin threw a punch in the air and his shoulders looked ripped a la Bruce Lee so I decided to pay homage.

One thing for sure; he’s a ball hog in a good way. He’s always looking to get everyone
on the floiir involved in the play.
I thought Chandler was going to have a stroke. Everytime he was open near the basket
Lin got him the ball.
Douglas probably got his 1st fast break layup of the season on an assist from in.
If the Knicks rebounders can get the outlet pass to Lin, I think we can actually begin to
have a fast break.
reeeecccc meeee
I will go to my grave believing that if the Knicks had picked up Earl Barron before the 2011 Playoffs, we would not have been swept by the Celtics.

Long suffering Warriors fan here. Congrads on Lin...Rec'd for the art.
I caught the Utah game last night and all I can say is WoW! Lin has re-invented himself in NY.
Happy to see him shine….he is a red blooded born and bred American by the way and he will tell you that. He is about as Taiwanese as I am Irish although only one generation removed…watched him play in HS…great guy, smart and a real competitor.

not even.
if healthy we would have two great passing pgs..one of which is fundmentally sound(Lin) and the other has and1 passing ability (Davis) With Baron more capable of knocking down the 3ball.
"they try to do what he do, and been where he's been, but they get folded in two.....he's the dude"
True when "good Baron" shows up...he can be a bit of a head case though.
Cant wait to see how he handles coming off the bench as a backup to Lin ha!

Can't wait to see how he handles his back! And getting random cuts on his elbow

I'd like to see them out there together
with Lin running the show and Baron looking for his shot or to help create. Lin’s D is pretty nasty, and he can rebound too, but I don’t see him being much help on offense playing off the ball without much of an outside shot. Baron otoh would be another shooter and playmaker for when things get clogged for Jeremy. More playmakers and shooters should only make things easier for everyone out there, so long as people are OK not getting the ball as much as they may be used to

I sort of disagree - Baron has very high and consistent assist numbers even when he's played badly. I still bet that Baron runs the team when he returns. Jeremy Lin is a JJ Barea type of player, that's pretty much my prototype for him.

Didn't see he wouldn't be a playmaker too
I just think Lin is probably most useful with the ball in his hands, whereas Boom Dizzle could probably still contribute a lot playing off the ball more. It would just be more to fuck with the oppositions head – how do you defend Melo, STAT, BOOM, Lin with Tyson at the rim for putbacks/o-boards/oops or last second dishes.
