It is obvious that this team has very little chemistry, and whether that is Melo's, Amare's, or Dantonie's fault is hard to judge. What this team really needs is a PASS FIRST point guard, and obvious answer is Rajon Rondo. He is the most unselfish pointguard in the league, and doesn't even have a max-contract. Shown in his last game aainst the knicks he does everything his team asks him, and more importantly, he is a WINNER. He would improve our defense, and make everybody better, while including every role player in the offense.
