the loss last night leaves a bad taste in the mouth, no doubt. lot of people worrying about making the playoffs. but here's the deal - milwaukee's schedule isn't as easy as everyone is saying. three easy games this week, but then they have oklahoma and new york, and have to play indiana twice, philly and boston. they've done well against the dross, but they could quite easily lose all 6 of those, leaving them 32-34.

so what about our tough schedule? well it is tough, but if we beat milwaukee, and then washington, the nets, cleveland and charlotte we will also be 32-34. we would just need to win one out of the following: orlando, chicago (x2), miami, boston, atlanta, clippers. i think we can win several of those games, especially with people coming back.

we shall see. but the playoff picture is not as bleak as it's being painted. yes we're probably out of the running for the atlantic, but the way we've been playing and the potential for jeffries and stat to come back in the next couple of weeks, i think we will make it.
