So, uh like. The Heat won the title. LeBron got the monkey off his back, Wade added ring number two and solidified his status, and Chris Bosh was there also, I presume. Mario Chalmers did whatever, Shane Battier finally got his, and Mike Miller had a gross beard. Standard stuff.

I've never been a fan of LeBron, much less the Big 3, but in a more apathetic way than most. No venom, just..boredom? I'd prefer that the Heat didn't win, but I'm content that they did. Not because I'm happy for LeBron (he did look pretty excited though. That was neat to see that much emotion from a person in his position. Kudos.) but because of one player on the Heat.

When I realized that Safari actually like, won a championship tonight, I could not have been happier. It's made this whole season/playoffs of lockout, hyper-saturated news cycles, Melo annoyance, D'Antoni dipping and ref bashing worth it. Ronny Turiaf won a championship, and it couldn't have gone to a better guy.
