Good day, friends. I'm here LIVE in Vegas for game...four(?) of Knicks Summer League. Our beloved SummerKnicks tip off against their bitter rival(?), the SummerRaptors at 4 PM Eastern. It'll be on NBA TV and MSG.
Some developments:
1. Jerome Jordan is on the Knicks' squad now. He got cut by the ungrateful Rockets (they bought themselves some Linsanity, but missed out on PANJEROMIUM) after being included in the Marcus Camby deal. As far as I can tell, the Knicks are just doing this as a favor, because they cannot legally employ Jerome for one year. I'm happy to be watching him, though.
2. Alan Hahn:
#Knicks⬠with SL additions: Sylven Landesberg, Justin Brownlee (St. Johns product) and former Knick Jerome Jordan (tho with an asterisk)
Landesberg's a decent 22 year-old guard from UVA who's been playing in Israel. Y'all probably know more about Brownlee (a 6'7" forward) than I do. Meanwhile, James White has left town after playing three games, so Chris Copeland is the closest thing to a real, live Knick on the floor today.
Comment along here if you're watching, and try to keep non-game stuff int he other threads if you can. <3
