Hey all, first fanpost so go easy on me!
Since it's still off time for the nba (although we do have great olympics to watch like melo's messed up 37 points in 14 minutes) There's a lot of reason to be optimistic and pessimistic about our team for the upcoming season and we've seen a lot of one of those/both from just about everyone. Some optimism comes from the fact that our 2 stars seem dedicated and motivated this offseason (melo weight loss and olympic play, amare's apparent dedication and hakeem workout) along with tyson being tyson and maybe the return of shump soon. You can also say that our additions of Camby, Kurt, and Kidd can be reasons for optimism but they can very well be reasons for pessimism as well. Which brings me to reasons to be pessimistic you can continue to believe melo and amare will never work, or believe that melo is a cancerous son of the devil himself, or that were really old and most of the team will collapse on the court. Or you can just keep it simple and just say James fucking Dolan still owns the team.
With that useless rant being done with, I'd like to know what you guys expect we'll be celebrating or being really angry about at this juncture next season. Will we be another laughable overpaid first round exit? Or will we come together finally staying somewhat healthy, be playing a lot of playoff basketball and even be one of the final 4 or even 2 teams?
