The Knicks face the Wizards in Washington.
Good evening, friends! Well, good last evening, because this is a pre-written game thread. I'm actually in Washington and will be in attendance for tonight's Knicks-Wizards game. It's my first time watching the Knicks live in a foreign arena, so that should be cool. I'll have a recap up late or in the morning, but there will hopefully be a generic post-game thread up soon after the final buzzer.
These Wizards are, of course, not the same Wizards the Knicks thrashed back in late November. John Wall is back to play the role of quick-point-guard-who-can-torch-the-Knicks-if-they-don't-play-help-defense-and-get-back-in-transition. So many QPGWCTTKITDPHDAGBITs out there. Bradley Beal might return from injury but...you should really take another day, Bradley. I say this as your friend.
After a hot stretch following Wall's return, the Wizards have floundered a bit. Their win over the short-handed Clippers the other night broke a streak of four straight losses. So, the Knicks should be able to win this one. Hell, maybe this'll even be the game where they play four straight quarters of winning basketball and don't let a bad team hang around. You never know, though, and you never know twice on the road.
Anyway, tip-off tonight is at 7. This is your game thread. This is Bullets Forever. Please don't post large photos, .gifs, or links to illegal streams in the thread. I'll do what I can to check in from the Verizon Center, and I'll write up the whole experience as soon as I can. Enjoy!
