Recap: Cleveland vs. Utah

Cleveland, OH (Sports Network) - LeBron James scored 38 points and doled out seven assists to help lead the Cleveland Cavaliers in a 105-93 victory over the Utah Jazz.
Mo Williams added 20 points and four helpers for the Cavs, who have rattled off seven straight wins. Zydrunas Ilgauskas had 16 points and Delonte West 12 in the win.
Carlos Boozer gave 17 points, nine rebounds and four assists for the Jazz, who have dropped three straight and four of five since winning five consecutive games to start the season. Paul Millsap chipped in 15 points off the bench, while C.J. Miles and Ronnie Price ended with 12 each.
A Kyle Korver three-pointer brought the Jazz within 86-84 in the fourth, but the Cavs pulled away for the win.
Ilgauskas tipped in an Anderson Varejao layup, James went 2-for-2 from the line and Williams drained a three, then a layup, to balloon the home team's lead to 95-84 with 6:09 left in the contest.
Moments later with Utah creeping back in the game, James nailed a three and then stole the ball from Ronnie Brewer, dribbled downcourt and finished with a backdoor slam to make it 100-87 with just under four minutes showing on the clock.
The Jazz failed to close within 10 points down the stretch.
The Cavs led 25-21 after the first quarter, but trailed 53-46 at the half.
Cleveland fell behind by 10 in the third quarter, but a layup from James sparked an 8-2 Cavs run that pulled the team within four, 64-60, midway through the frame.
Price countered with a three-ball for the visitors, but Ilgauskas hit on two straight baskets. Boozer then made two free throws, but West hit a jumper and then a three to even things up at 69-69.
The lead went back-and-forth the rest of the third and Daniel Gibson's three- pointer to close out the third gave the Cavs an 80-76 lead heading into the final 12 minutes.
The Cavs were 11-of-29 from three-point range, while the Jazz were 8-of-13 from downtown...Cleveland, which is 6-0 at home this season, split a pair of meetings with Utah last year. It has won seven of the last nine matchups with the Jazz. Utah is winless in its last five trips to Quicken Loans Arena.
