Hawks' Horford will not play against the Wizards

Atlanta, GA (Sports Network) - Atlanta Hawks center/forward Al Horford is not expected to play in Wednesday's game against the Washington Wizards after spraining his right ankle against the Pacers on Tuesday.
Horford is listed as day-to-day.
The injury occurred with 4:45 left in the opening period. Horford was taken to the locker room and did not return. In just under seven minutes of action, Horford scored two points.
The 6-foot-10, 245-pound Horford is averaging 9.6 points and 8.1 rebounds per game this season.
In addition to Horford, guard Speedy Claxton (hamstring) and forward Josh Smith (ankle) also are on the inactive list for tonight's game.
