Game Thread: Knicks vs. Wizards- 1-15-08

Good evening, everybody. How was your day? Mine was fine, thank you. Mostly spent it tooling around with P&T 2.0, which is gonna be pretty fucking neat (once I figure it out).

Anyway, the Knicks are at home this evening, following their unbelievable blowout of Detroit with a contest against the Washington Wizards. The Wiz are coming off a thrilling victory of their own. Oh, and there's some nice, petty beef between me and the boys at Bullets Forever (one of the better team blogs out there), so make sure to talk some shit if the Knicks pull this one out. And if they don't...you know, just make of Caron Butler's ears or something. That's how we do at P&T.

So, Knicks and Wizards. 7:30. I will be here for the game thread and to recap later on. Should be fun. Get them W's.

The only logical explanation

Jared Jeffries, an alien from a planet far far away, is commissioned by his boss (played by Danny Devito) to steal famous basketball players as an attraction for his amusement park. Unfortunately, he's kind of retarded, so he hangs around for three or four years, and then steals Dominic Mcguire's powers for no apparant reason, even though Dominic Mcguire wasn't that good anyway, and then he plays tonights game.

ahh yes, reality

...and now its a 10 point game.

of course, we are a team with ten wins, no matter how we play on this one night.

secondly, i noticed that the guys over there all cleverly picked their team to lose this game, effectively absolving themselves from trash talk.

also, as long as this petrov chap keeps shitting on us from outside, i will be thoroughly embarassed regardless of the game's outcome.

all is right in the world. by the way when did Q rich decide to make his jump shots this is new. Assuming zeke is a closet posting and toasting member im taking credit for complaining about balkman not playing in nearly every thread and now getting the minutes he rightfully deserves.

i love steph but honestly i think the time has come 2 cut the ties.

david lee is so good im not even gonna say he consistantly gets a double double im just gonna say he consistantly spits hot fire ("fiyaa" if your hood enough)

if thomas gave mins like this every game (not including games where people r just hot) i will be beyond happy
