Game Thread: Knicks at Bucks- 3/10/09

Ervinjohnson010_medium

Good evening, friends. Our Knicks hang by a thread, still clinging to the end of the playoff rope but dangling precariously over the pit of failure and disappointment below. A couple more losses and we'll be in full-fledged spoiler mode, with no reason for winning but pure spite. New York's hopes will be on the line tonight in Milwaukee. The Bucks are on of only a few teams (I'd say it's them and the Sixers) that have consistently spanked the Knicks this year. In three previous meetings, the likes of Tyronn Lue and Luc Richard Mbah a Moute have helped keep the Knicks at arm's length.

So, we've got a season sweep and waning postseason chances at stake. Join me at 8 p.m. to root for one more day of relevance before the inevitable descent into wild draft-scouting and Cheikh Samb worship. To talk Bucks and share Ervin Johnson memories, stop by the superb Brew Hoop. Go Knicks.
