Game Thread: Knicks vs. Sixers- 1/11/12

Good evening, pantryhounds! The Sixers come to town tonight to face our Knicks, which should pose more of a challenge than many of the games to date. Philadelphia has just been razing its opponents-- albeit bad, short-handed ones-- and sits atop the Atlantic Divison at 7-2, with six straight wins. Much has been made of the fact that the Sixers were/are "lockout-ready": they have pretty much identical personnel to last year's team, and haven't had to spackle odd parts together on the fly as much as other teams (like, to some extent, these Knicks) have. It'll be very interesting to see how the Knicks fare against a team that knows what its doing and, early on, leads the league in both offensive and defensive efficiency.

Of course, this is the one game I won't actually be able to watch-- at least not live--from here out west. Osborn is your man tonight, as he'll (hopefully) be able to watch the game and provide y'all with a tasty recap later on tonight.

As always, please don't post .gifs, photos, illegal streams, or links to Kuwaiti scooter racing forums in the game thread, be kind to one another, and be especially kind to our good friends at Liberty Ballers. Tip-off's at 7:30. <3
