Good lord. The Knicks didn't remotely deserve that win with the effort they gave on defense and the way they played around the basket, but an unbelievable 45-point game from Carmelo Anthony, near perfection behind the arc from Jason Kidd, and team-wide 14-28 three-point shooting is apparently enough to make up for uniformly hideous defense and a couple awful individual performances against the Nets.
