Good evening, friends. We're some minutes away from New York's third and final game of their West Coast road trip. They're in Sacramento to face the Kings tonight, looking to finish said road trip 2-1.
The Knicks will be without [deep breath] Carmelo Anthony and Raymond Felton and Amar'e Stoudemire and Iman Shumpert and Rasheed Wallace. I haven't seen anything about the starting lineup, so I guess we can assume that James White and Kurt Thomas will start once more.
The Kings WILL have DeMarcus Cousins available in some capacity, which is a bummer since he's very good and missed the last two games. It'll be on Tyson Chandler to keep Cousins away from the rim and off the glass, a difficult task but one for which I'm certain Tyson is prepared. Like I mentioned before, the Kings are very bad, but they're a winning team at home and have good enough shooters to punish the shorthanded Knicks if their perimeter defense is typically sluggish. New York probably should still win, but it won't necessarily be easy.
This is your game thread. This is the most excellent Sactown Royalty. Please don't post large photos, .gifs, or links to illegal streams in the thread. Go the Knicks!
