Good evening, chunks! Linsanity/the Knicks' quest to win out the rest of the season/Amar'e Stoudemire's return to action/life continues this evening when the Sacramento Kings pay a visit to the Garden. The Knicks pooped on the Kings earlier this year without Amar'e Stoudemire. Tonight, they'll try to do it without Carmelo Anthony.
As with the previous two opponents, the Kings are a losing team, but they're likely to give the tired, short-handed Knicks some trouble. Not only do they have Tyreke Evans (I'd put Landry Fields and Iman Shumpert on him, no? Much too big for Jeremy Lin), but-- as was discussed here last night-- they've got a ton of guys who play creepily well against the Knicks. Jason Thompson, Donte Greene, John Salmons have all torched the Knicks before, and Jimmer Fredette and Isaiah Thomas seem like guys who'd step up in New York as well. There's just something fishy about these Kings (and they almost came back and beat the Bulls last night).
This here's your game thread. Sactown Royalty is a wonderful Kings blog to check out as well. As always, please refrain from posting links, .gifs, illegal streams, and directions to open-air cheese markets in the thread.
And yo, I'm serious about the streams. This is not my rule, it's that of the network. No links to streams, and let's not exchange email addresses to send each other links either. If you really want to watch a game online, figure out how to use Google. It's really easy. If not, please don't pollute the game thread with that stuff. It'll get us in trouble. Thank you.
