The Word From Tuesday's Practice

The Knicks held their first official post-All Star practice today. Some reporters were there, and they reported about it on Twitter and stuff. I was looking at Twitter and stuff, which qualifies me to regurgitate some of the reporting in a blog post. Take the jump for some things.

- Howard Beck reports that the both Iman Shumpert and Josh Harrellson practiced and are available for tomorrow's game against the Cavaliers.

- Expanding on Beck's mention of Tyson Chandler, Ian Begley reports that Chandler's bruised wrist still isn't feeling great and, while the general expectation is that he'll play tomorrow, he's still sorta day-to-day. (Update: details)

- Amar'e Stoudemire sounds typically optimistic about the rest of the season and also took the time to explain his struggles thus far as best he could.

- Bill Walker did not practice today, and he would not like to lend you money because you never pay him back. He also has sage advice for you.

- With all of the above in mind, Mike D'Antoni says he'll try to play ten or eleven guys each night, which is quite a few guys for him.

- Jeremy Lin's post-practice media availability, J.R. Smith's post-practice interview with Jonah Ballow.

And now you've heard what I heard was going on at practice today.
