Game Thread: Knicks at Bucks- 4/11/12

Evening, squashes! The Knicks have a big, big, big game tonight in Milwaukee. You know the deal. The Knicks currently sit one full game above the Bucks and one full game behind the 76ers. If New York wins and the Sixers lose, they could hop up to seventh place. If New York wins and the Sixers win, they'll stay in eighth. If New York loses, they'll lose the tiebreaker with Milwaukee and drop down to ninth. A loss wouldn't be so, so devastating to New York's playoff hopes, but it'd really hurt. Likewise, a win wouldn't solidify things, but it'd really help.

Of course, the Knicks have already played the Bucks once since losing Amar'e Stoudemire and Jeremy Lin. They beat them a couple weeks ago in New York by doing something they'd failed to do in previous games against the Bucks: rebounding. We know New York's offense comes and goes, but if they can avoid a deficit on the glass (which is what really killed them last night, too) and play some solid defense, that'd be splendid. Kidnapping Mike Dunleavy Jr. and stuffing him in a box until about 10:30 might help as well.

Oh, and here's some injury news from Howard Beck:

Baron Davis has a stiff neck from a fall last night, but will start tonight. Woodson also disclosed that Jared Jeffries is on a 15-min limit

Yup. This is your game thread. This is Brew Hoop. As always, please don't post photos, .gifs, illegal streams, or stand-up bits performed by conjoined twins in the thread. Tip-off is at 8. Woo!
