Update (7:08 PM): Here's an update! Jonathan Feigen reports that Knicks officials are still behaving like children and trying to push their deadline as far into the future as possible:

Rockets operating on belief NY has until 11:59east Tue to match Lin sheet. NY "disputing" Rockets, Players Association position, per source.

Knicks worked hard to delay receipt of offer sheet Friday, Saturday, though the Rockets consider it in theird hands. NBA has not commented.

It's hard to tell what they're even delaying for at this point. Are they just being obnoxious, or are they genuinely undecided about Lin's contract? No idea! I just hope this is figured out sooner rather than later (though perhaps more time elapsing means more pressure to match? I dunno).
