Game Thread: Knicks vs. Bulls- 1/11/13

The Knicks face the Bulls in New York.

Debby Wong-USA TODAY Sports

Good evening! We just got a li'l avalanche of pre-game updates. Marcus Camby's out for a while, Rasheed Wallace isn't ready yet, and Iman Shumpert might not be available until after the London trip (I would love to watch some BayHawks games featuring Shump during that lay-off, but we'll cross that bridge when come to it). None of that's too surprising. Here's stuff more relevant to tonight's big game against the Bulls:

- Amar'e Stoudemire will play tonight even though it's the second of a back-to-back. He'll still be limited to around 20 minutes.

- James White will start. I originally thought this meant Mike Woodson was moving Carmelo Anthony back to the four to start, but no such luck. In fact, White is replacing the struggling Ronnie Brewer in the starting lineup (it honestly wouldn't surprise me to see Ronnie get a DNP tonight) and Kurt Thomas is replacing Camby at the four. Barring something weird, I'm sure we'll see a Kidd-Smith-White-Melo-Chandler lineup by the halfway point of the first quarter. But yeah, Kurt will start.

Tip-off tonight is at 8. This is your game thread. This is Blog a Bull. Please don't post large photos, .gifs, or links to illegal streams in the thread. Get them Ws!
