Hey! Time for another basketball game, this time against the Wizards in Baltimore. It still doesn't count, but at least some Knicks excused from the last game will suit up this time around. Carmelo Anthony, for instance, will be back on the floor in his hometown. Metta World Peace, however, did not make the trip. After Metta turned his ankle in a scrimmage on Wednesday, the Knicks said he was fine and would travel, but he did not travel, and they say they're holding him out for precautionary reasons (Here's where your conditioned skepticism of the Knicks' medical proclamations kicks in). I haven't seen any updates about Beno Udrih, who missed the last game with an elbow strain, but I assume he'll play.
In any event, tonight's starting lineup will be the one we've come to expect in games like these: Raymond Felton, Iman Shumpert, Carmelo Anthony, Andrea Bargnani, and Tyson Chandler. As always, expect to see more of the non-guaranteed weirdos than anybody else, just not quite as much as that wildness in New Hampshire.
Tonight's tip-off is at 7 PM. This is your game thread. Please be kind to one another, and please don't post large photos, GIFs, or links to illegal streams. Go the Knicks!
Update: Here ya go:
Mike Woodson says his regulars will play 20-25 minutes tonight. Tim Hardaway Jr. should play 30-plus minutes with Metta out. #Knicks
