Video: Carmelo Anthony on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon

Mornin', babies. We'll have more to talk about later, but for now, here's Carmelo Anthony's second ever appearance on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. Unlike Tyson Chandler, he wasn't asked to shoot random household objects into a basketball hoop. He just sat down and did talking. I like his shirt.

In part one, Melo discusses his jersey retirement at Syracuse and the state of the Knicks (and an Australian guy screams "JASON KIDD!" at him).

In part two, Melo mostly talks about his new sneaker, which is...new.

The other upshot: From the sound of things, I wouldn't bet on Melo winning MVP of the All-Star game. I certainly tend to have sub-par performances in All-Star games the night after hosting parties with Diddy.
