Hi! Hello. There are Knicks to be watched tonight. The gentlemen have a chance to sweep their five-game home stand with a win over Detroit tonight. The Pistons have lost three of their last four and has already been blown out by the Knicks twice this year (once in London), but they're unleashing a secret weapon tonight:
Newly acquired guard Jose Calderon has been cleared to play in tonight’s game at New York….He is expected to be in uniform and make his debut when the Pistons take on Knicks at Madison Square Garden (7:30 p.m.).
Calderon's not the kind of slashing guard that tends to kill the Knicks (in fact, he might take minutes away from Will Bynum, who's exactly that and has already done it to New York this season), but he's someone else to worry about. Also worrisome: Andre Drummond, who seemed like he could have single-handedly kept that game in London close had he gotten more minutes.
Game's at 7:30. Game thread'll be up an hour or so beforehand. See you then! <3
