He's back:
Russell Westbrook will play tonight, per Scott Brooks.
— Royce Young (@royceyoung) November 28, 2014
...but at least:
Brooks: Westbrook will play for OKC tonight, Durant won't.
— Scott Cacciola (@ScottCacciola) November 28, 2014
Derek Fisher prepared for this, it seems:
Fisher indicated this morning he knew Westbrook would play. Saw OKC coaches last night.

I'm interested, then, to see how the Knicks defend their coach's former teammate. Fish knows Westbrook's tendencies as well as anyone. Can he convey to his Knicks a way to slow Westbrook down. Better yet, can he show them how to bother Westbrook *and* contest Oklahoma City's shooters? Or is Anthony Morrow about to go off? TUNE IN AT 8 PM EASTERN TO FIND OUT.
No Melo, by the way.
