Good evening! While all sorts of other shit goes on, the Knicks still have basketball games, and since they've won their last few, the games are actually important. Weird! One such game is tonight. The Knicks are in Boston to play the Celtics, who are only a couple games behind them in the standings. There are absences:
1. Rajon Rondo is out for Boston and Phil Pressey will start in his place.
2. Tyson Chandler remains out tending to a sick family member and Amar'e Stoudemire is taking a night off to rest his legs, so Cole Aldrich will start at center. COOOOOOOOOLE WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORLD
So there ya go. We'll see some Cole and presumably a bunch of Jeremy Tyler and/or some super small lineups. Hopefully Pressey and Bill Babb (Chris Babb, but I've decided to call him Bill Babb because I like that better) don't run wild. The Celtics have already demonstrated they can beat the Knicks with or without Rondo, so no messing around, y'all. Or, like, one or two quarters of messing around at most.
Tip-off is at 7:30 on MSG. This is your game thread. This is Celtics Blog. Please don't post large photos, GIFs, or links to illegal streams in the thread. Make it five, Knicks.
