Y'all ready for late-start week? The Knicks tip off a five-game road trip and five straight post-9 pm starts with a game tonight against the Lakers. Because it's the Lakers, there will be much talk about Phil Jackson. He's in the area today and joined the Knicks at shootaround, but won't be anywhere near the game tonight (or at least so we're being told. Maybe he'll show up in disguise, Bobby Valentine-style).
Meanwhile, there is an actual basketball game-- perhaps the most clearly winnable of the games on this trip. The Lakers are bad and they're depleted:
D'Antoni says Nash and Gasol are officially out for tonight's game. Kaman starts.

The Knicks will be less depleted than they were Sunday night with Iman Shumpert returning from illness. Tyson Chandler will also play after missing shootaround for personal reasons.
Tip-off tonight is at 10:30 EST on MSG and TNT. This is your game thread. This is Silver Screen and Roll. Please don't post large photos, GIFs, or links to illegal streams in the thread. Y'all really need to win, Knicks.
