Good evening! Last night, the Knicks beat a pretty bad version of the Bucks quite convincingly. It was great. Tonight, they will play the Hawks in the MSG home opener. All of them. Where Milwaukee only poked occasional holes in New York's starting lineup of dubious defensive competence, the Hawks are well equipped to slash and shoot and ... ya know, generally present a greater challenge. The Knicks themselves were not at their best last night, either so I am excited to see if they can tighten up the defense, match last night's energy with some precision as well, and maybe get a real Melo game from Carmelo Anthony.
The starters remain the same:

Unless things change, that's against Jeff Teague, Kyle Korver, Kent Bazemore, Paul Millsap, and Al Horford. Interesting, difficult match-ups all-around. Or almost all-around, anyway.
Tip-off tonight is at 8 PM EST, although the game is on TNT, so probably a great deal later than that. This is your game thread. Please don't post large photos, GIFs, or links to illegal streams in the thread, and please, seriously, relax and be civil toward one another. Check out Peachtree Hoops for fantastic Hawks coverage, and check back here for more after the game. Go the Knicks!
