You can watch Willy Hernangomez play on American TV this afternoon

On Wednesday evening the Knicks fended off the foreign devils and maintained American honor. One day later, Knicks fans turn to Spain, where draft pick Willy Hernangomez looks to defeat an even more monstrous enemy: the Boston Celtics. Hernangomez's Real Madrid club take on the Celtics at 3 p.m. EST on NBA TV.

We didn't get to see much of Willy during Eurobasket -- damn you, Pau Gasol! -- but we should get a better look at the young big man as his club team takes on the despicable green goblins.

While the Celtics' starting frontcourt of David Lee and Tyler Zeller won't seem too imposing, Hernangomez will be forced to match wits with the greatest mind in basketball history: future 20-time NBA Coach of the Year Brad Stevens. Will Stevens use his powers of mind control and mesmerism to shut down the young Spaniard? Will he design an after-timeout play so perfect that Willy's brain literally explodes? We'll find out soon enough.

The time has come, young man, to prove yourself a true Knick. Defeat Boston, Willy!
