Good evening! The Knicks play the Spurs tonight. The Knicks' lineup and injury availability are as they were, and it looks like the Spurs won't rest anyone on the second of a back-to-back after beating the Celtics Sunday afternoon.
I'm happy the Knicks are playing the Spurs. They always defend well (including so far this season) and are even better than the Hawks at forcing the opposing defense to cover a ton of ground and help one another. If New York's not on point, they're probably gonna get smoked. Of course, the Knicks have caught the Spurs on bad nights and stolen wins from them before, even in otherwise shit seasons, so you never know.
The backcourt's gotta cover Tony Parker sneaking and the Spurs' shooters shooting, while Kristaps Porzingis and Robin Lopez will match up with LaMarcus Aldridge and Tim Duncan. Melo's gotta go head-to-head with Kawhi Leonard. It's just a wonderful challenge all around.
