Good evening! Tonight, the Knicks play the Brooklyn Nets for the first time this season, with a chance to get back to .500 at stake. For the Knicks, anyway. The Nets have been bad this season, but not bad at all lately, winning 3 of their last 5 against pretty decent opponents. This is not an opponent against whom the Knicks can screw around.
Tonight should be fun. We'll get to see the Lopez brothers square off. We'll get to see Kristaps Porzingis, who's had trouble with wily veterans before, go up against Thaddeus Young. Carmelo Anthony will try to get back on track against Rondae-Hollis Jefferson. It's just fun, weird match-ups the whole way down. No Bargnani, unfortunately.
